MJ Survey of Local Elected Officials on Transportation Released

4 July 2022
by Mobilizing Justice

Mobilizing Justice’s Equitable Community Planning working group has launched a survey to better understand the values and experiences of elected officials. The survey will provide insight into elected officials’ personal experiences of transportation barriers, how transportation investments are prioritized, and understandings of transportation equity. All councilors and mayors in areas with public transit have received an invitation to participate, with the survey closing August 19th. If you are an elected official who has not received a survey yet, email Professor Orly Linovski at orly.linovski [at] umanitoba.ca.
